Before you get started.
Do you need to have built our website?
No. We first review the platform, access, ownership and condition. Unsupported or heavily customised sites may need initial work or a different arrangement.
Are changes unlimited?
No. We agree an allowance and examples of eligible changes. New functionality, extensive content work and redesigns receive a separate quote.
Does this replace our hosting subscription?
Not by default. Hosting, domain renewals and other subscriptions remain separate unless your proposal expressly includes them.
How are fees and response times agreed?
We review your setup and provide a written proposal covering the monthly fee, service hours, work allowance, response arrangements, onboarding, licences and exclusions. Monitoring does not imply guaranteed 24/7 human response. Existing managed-plan inclusions are checked to avoid duplicate charges.
