Graphic design & templates

Make the pieces look like they belong together.

Practical graphic design for the material your organisation uses: posters, brochures, social graphics, visitor information, presentation assets and digital signage.

Fictional demonstration / not client work

View a coordinated open-day set

An original fictional poster, social tile and reception sign. The example campus and event are not real.

This demonstration runs locally in your browser. It does not access accounts, collect information, send messages or publish content.

What we can scope

  • An agreed set of assets, sizes and uses.
  • Consistent typography, colour and layout using your approved brand.
  • Editable templates and export files where included in scope.
  • A content review and clear production handover.

What we need from you

  • Approved logos, brand guidance and usage rights.
  • Final or clearly marked draft text and images.
  • Required dimensions, channels and the person approving the work.

Scope and limits. Printing, installation, paid stock assets and specialist production are quoted separately. An example design does not establish a client relationship or an endorsement.

Who this is for

Schools, local businesses and organisations needing a coherent set of everyday materials.

Work is scoped and quoted before delivery. Third-party licences, physical production and ongoing management are included only when agreed. A working sample is reviewed before the project expands.

Questions before we start

Can our staff update the designs afterwards?

Editable templates can be part of the scope. We agree the editing tool and check that the staff who will use it have suitable access.

Does the quote include printing?

Only when explicitly included. Design, proofing, print specifications and physical production are separate responsibilities that need to be agreed.

Start with your actual task.

Tell us what you need, who will use it and what source material or systems you already have. We will agree the next step before work begins.
