Business automation

Less copying. Clearer handovers.

Connect forms, records, documents and the people who approve them. Start with one repeated task and build a workflow your team can understand and maintain.

Fictional demonstration / not client work

Try an onboarding handover

Test a complete request, a missing manager and a human approval. Nothing in this simulation creates accounts or connects to company systems.

This demonstration runs locally in your browser. It does not access accounts, collect information, send messages or publish content.

What we can scope

  • A process map showing inputs, owners and stop conditions.
  • Agreed integrations with appropriately limited access.
  • Checks for missing information, duplicate requests and failures.
  • A tested handover, documentation and support options.

What we need from you

  • A real example of the task and its current steps.
  • An authorised owner for each system involved.
  • Acceptance criteria and a decision about what requires human approval.

Scope and limits. Access, licences, personal information and production changes need explicit agreement. Financial, account-access or other sensitive actions are not made autonomous by default. Monitoring and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Who this is for

Teams handling repeated requests, onboarding, reporting or document preparation.

Work is scoped and quoted before delivery. Third-party licences, physical production and ongoing management are included only when agreed. A working sample is reviewed before the project expands.

Questions before we start

Do we need custom software?

Not necessarily. We assess existing tools first. Configuration or a small integration may be more appropriate than a bespoke application.

What happens when something fails?

The project should define who is notified, where the failed item is recorded and which retries are safe. Those behaviours are agreed and tested before handover.

Start with your actual task.

Tell us what you need, who will use it and what source material or systems you already have. We will agree the next step before work begins.
