Practical help, clearly explained

How we can help.

01

Find where the problem starts

Discuss coverage, device behaviour, router placement and the internet connection to narrow down likely causes before recommending changes.

02

Set up or improve Wi-Fi

Configure suitable routers or mesh equipment, connect devices and review wireless security and guest access where supported.

03

Work with your provider

If the issue appears to involve your internet service, we can help you understand what to report and discuss coordination with your provider.

Before we talk

What to have ready.

Share what you know. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.

  • Your internet provider and router or mesh equipment details.
  • A rough idea of where connection problems occur.
  • Access to network equipment and any existing admin credentials.

Questions, answered

The details before you decide.

Have a question? Ask Wayrest.

Will a new router fix every problem?

Not necessarily. Connection quality, placement, building materials, device capability and the provider’s service can all matter. We discuss options after investigating.

Can you install Ethernet cabling in walls?

Fixed telecommunications cabling may require a registered cabler. We can discuss the layout and help coordinate an appropriately registered professional.

Can you help a home office?

Yes. We can discuss Wi-Fi, a dock, monitors, printer and video-call setup, subject to the agreed scope.

A straightforward next step

Tell us what you need help with.

We will talk through the problem, the options and the cost before agreeing to work.
