Service area FAQs
Where does Wayrest provide onsite support?
Visits can be arranged across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. We confirm the actual location, work, availability and travel arrangements before booking.
Do you have an office in every listed region?
No. The listed regions describe service coverage by arrangement, not separate Wayrest offices.
Can you help businesses outside these areas?
Remote work may be suitable for some systems and tasks. Tell us your location and needs so we can assess whether the service can cover them.
Is onsite travel included in monthly support?
Only where the agreement says so. Included visits, travel charges and separately quoted attendance are made clear in the proposal.
Can one agreement cover staff in several locations?
Yes, subject to an agreed scope. We identify the users, devices, sites and local support dependencies before proposing a service.
Do you guarantee same-day attendance?
No general dispatch promise is made. Support windows and response targets are agreed for each customer, and physical attendance depends on the scope and arrangements.
Tell us where your team works.
Include your suburb, staff numbers and the kind of help you need. We will confirm a suitable next step.
