Watch the agreed equipment
Define the internet links, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi equipment to monitor. Set useful checks and alert thresholds where the equipment and access support them.
Networks & connectivity
See the problem. Know the next step.
Keep an eye on the connections and equipment your workplace depends on.
Monthly fee and coverage agreed after a review. Setup and licences itemised separately.
A good fit for
For businesses with working network equipment that need ongoing visibility, or an internal IT contact who needs help keeping track of faults.
The ongoing work
Your proposal names the systems, tasks and allowance covered. Here is what the service can include.
Define the internet links, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi equipment to monitor. Set useful checks and alert thresholds where the equipment and access support them.
Record what failed, when it happened and who should investigate. Human review and escalation follow the agreed service window; an automated alert is not a promise of immediate repair.
Summarise recorded incidents, equipment health and recommended follow-up in a monthly network report. Keep the responsibility for each next step visible.
Explore an example
A connection keeps dropping. Understand the issue and work through the next step.
Select a part of the network to explore.
Find out which devices are affected, where the connection drops and when it happens.
Illustrative example, not a client result or live monitoring data. Monitoring and response depend on agreed scope and service hours.
Checks only cover the agreed equipment. Loss of power or connectivity may also interrupt monitoring; independent backup access is a separate design decision.
Clear from the start
Unlimited fault repairs, replacement equipment, onsite visits, cabling and network redesign are not included. Monitoring does not include a guaranteed 24/7 human response.
Network troubleshooting & projectsQuestions, answered
No. Monitoring helps identify supported faults and recurring patterns. It cannot prevent every failure or guarantee internet availability.
Yes, where responsibilities, access and escalation are agreed with the business and the existing provider.
We explain the finding and agree any work outside the monitoring arrangement before additional charges apply. Specialist suppliers may need to be involved.
We review your setup and provide a written proposal covering the monthly fee, service hours, work allowance, response arrangements, onboarding, licences and exclusions. Monitoring does not imply guaranteed 24/7 human response. Existing managed-plan inclusions are checked to avoid duplicate charges.
