Before you decide
Business IT services FAQs
Can you manage all of our business IT?
We can be your primary contact for the users, devices and systems named in an agreed managed service. Specialist products, regulated trades and outside suppliers may retain their own responsibilities.
Can we book one piece of work?
Yes. A setup, investigation or defined project can be quoted separately. A monthly support agreement is an option for businesses that need continuing help.
How is the cost worked out?
We consider staff and device numbers, locations, software, the condition of the setup and required coverage. The proposal separates ongoing support, onboarding, hardware, licences, travel and larger projects where applicable.
Do you work with our existing IT person?
We can discuss a shared arrangement with clear responsibilities and escalation points. Access and changes must still be authorised by the business.
Can we keep our existing equipment and software?
We review suitability before proposing changes. A support engagement does not automatically require a replacement or migration, although unsupported or unreliable systems may limit what can be covered.
What happens after the first conversation?
We establish the work required, identify any information gaps and prepare an appropriate scope or proposal. Technical access, scans and changes require separate authorisation.
