Pricing and scope

Know what you are agreeing to.

A new monitor, a difficult email problem and ongoing IT support are different jobs. We discuss the work first and agree the scope and price before paid work begins.

Choose a starting point

One job or ongoing support.

We don't publish a fixed rate or per-user price on this page. Your quote depends on the work and coverage required.

01

One-off work

For a defined setup, investigation or project. We discuss the issue and provide the applicable scope and price before paid work starts.

02

Ongoing managed IT

A proposal sets out the monthly fee and the agreed users, devices, systems, support window and work limits. The fee depends on your environment and coverage.

Projects and changes

Major migrations, new locations, large equipment rollouts and specialist work can require a separate scope and approval.

Your proposal

What should be clear before work starts.

We distinguish the regular service from other costs, where applicable. Ask us to explain anything that is not clear.

Useful questions

Before you decide.

Do I have to commit to a monthly plan?

No. We can discuss a defined one-off job separately from ongoing support. The terms of any recurring agreement are set out before you commit.

Are licences and hardware included?

Only where the proposal says so. We distinguish subscriptions and equipment from the service fee.

Are after-hours visits included?

Only if specifically agreed. The support window, onsite arrangements and any associated charges are included in your proposal.

What happens if work falls outside the plan?

We identify the additional work and agree on an appropriate scope, quote or approval before proceeding.
