School & site maps
Help visitors find their way.
Clear campus maps, visitor directories and digital wayfinding for schools, venues and multi-building sites. Start with an approved plan and the places people actually need to find.
Fictional demonstration / not client work
Explore a fictional campus
Select a destination to highlight it. The layout is fictional and not to scale; it is not a real school or a client project.
What we can scope
- Print-ready visitor map and web version, as scoped.
- Interactive destination list with approved descriptions.
- Mobile-friendly layout and a text alternative to the map.
- Source files, update instructions and an agreed handover.
What we need from you
- An authorised site plan or checked reference material.
- Public destination names, arrival information and any restricted areas.
- A staff contact to verify locations and approve publication.
Scope and limits. Visitor wayfinding is not surveying, certified access advice or an evacuation plan. A public map must exclude sensitive locations and information. Any accessibility routes must be checked on site before being described as accessible.
Who this is for
Schools, education providers, community venues and site operators.
Work is scoped and quoted before delivery. Third-party licences, physical production and ongoing management are included only when agreed. A working sample is reviewed before the project expands.
Questions before we start
Can you update an existing map?
Yes, subject to permission to use the source material and a check that its locations are current. We can agree an update rather than assume a complete redesign.
Can it work on our existing website?
We assess the website and agree a suitable format. A printable map, linked directory or interactive implementation can be scoped separately.
Start with your actual task.
Tell us what you need, who will use it and what source material or systems you already have. We will agree the next step before work begins.
