Marketing automation

Keep follow-up organised.

Connect enquiry handling, permission-based email, content approvals and reporting. Build a consistent process without handing your voice or customer relationships to an unchecked system.

Fictional demonstration / not client work

See approval and suppression in action

Try an opted-in contact and an unsubscribed contact. These are fictional records; no email is sent and no CRM is connected.

This demonstration runs locally in your browser. It does not access accounts, collect information, send messages or publish content.

What we can scope

  • A defined enquiry or campaign workflow.
  • CRM and form integration where authorised and supported.
  • Preference, suppression and approval checks.
  • A useful report and instructions for the person managing it.

What we need from you

  • The current tools, audience and message purpose.
  • A verified basis for contacting the intended recipients.
  • An owner for copy, contact preferences and campaign approval.

Scope and limits. This is workflow implementation, not a promise of leads, sales or deliverability. It does not include purchased contact lists or automatic cold outreach. Contact eligibility, unsubscribe handling and platform requirements must be assessed for the actual campaign.

Who this is for

Businesses with existing enquiries, opted-in audiences or repetitive campaign administration.

Work is scoped and quoted before delivery. Third-party licences, physical production and ongoing management are included only when agreed. A working sample is reviewed before the project expands.

Questions before we start

Will you send campaigns without approval?

Not as part of the default scope. We agree who approves the audience, copy and schedule before any publishing connection is enabled.

Can you use our existing CRM?

We check the available integrations, access controls and licence requirements first. An API connection is not assumed simply because a tool has a familiar name.

Start with your actual task.

Tell us what you need, who will use it and what source material or systems you already have. We will agree the next step before work begins.
