Routine setup can be covered by a managed IT agreement when the contract includes that work. Otherwise, Wayrest can quote a one-off installation. The goal is predictable service, not surprise charges.
We can diagnose network or connectivity problems, but regulated electrical work and fixed communications cabling must be performed by appropriately qualified people. Wall mounts and unusual physical installations may also require a specialist.
Onsite service is arranged across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter; see where we support businesses.
Our new-starter IT checklist covers accounts, permissions, monitors, business apps and day-one testing. For wider coverage, see the business IT support buyer guide.
