We take ownership of the IT issue.

Businesses should not have to work out whether the problem belongs to their internet provider, software vendor, computer supplier or IT contractor. Tell us what is wrong. We assess the issue, handle work inside the agreed scope, and coordinate other providers where specialist work is required.

See how ongoing managed IT support works, what a new workstation setup involves, or where onsite and remote help is available.

Clear expectations from the start.

We agree on the systems covered, support hours, response expectations and price before work starts. Ongoing support and project work can be quoted separately. Contact Wayrest to discuss coverage for your business.

Choosing IT help: common questions

How do we choose the right service?

Start with the problem or change your business needs to handle. We can discuss whether it fits a defined project, one-off support or a managed IT agreement.

Do we need a technical assessment before contacting you?

No. Begin with staff numbers, important systems and what is not working. Any later technical access or scanning requires separate authorisation.

Can you work alongside an existing supplier?

Yes, if responsibilities, access and escalation are clear. We confirm which work belongs to each party before starting.

Can you explain the cost before we commit?

Yes. A proposal or quote identifies the work, assumptions, price and exclusions. Additional work requires agreement rather than an open-ended commitment.
