Practical help, clearly explained

How we can help.

01

Connect the equipment

Set up compatible monitors, docks, keyboards, webcams, headsets and printers and check the physical connections.

02

Get ready for calls

Test camera, microphone, speakers and basic video-call settings together, and investigate common connection problems.

03

Work within your organisation’s rules

For an employer-managed device or account, follow the employer’s policies and involve its IT team where approval or administrative access is needed.

Before we talk

What to have ready.

Share what you know. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.

  • The computer, equipment, cables and power supplies.
  • A description of the issue or the setup you want.
  • Any employer instructions or approval needed for managed devices.

Questions, answered

The details before you decide.

Have a question? Ask Wayrest.

Can you set up equipment my employer supplied?

Where your employer permits it. Managed settings, security controls and business account access remain subject to the employer’s IT policies.

Do you supply monitors or docks?

We can discuss suitable options and costs before any purchase; equipment is not included unless explicitly agreed.

Can you help with home Wi-Fi too?

Yes. Home network setup or troubleshooting can be discussed as part of the scope.

A straightforward next step

Tell us what you need help with.

We will talk through the problem, the options and the cost before agreeing to work.
